She was predeceased by: her parents, James Monroe Campbell and Emma Ross Campbell; her husband Harold Eugene Goforth; and her siblings, Dean Vinesett, Marlene Alexander, Norman Campbell, Don Campbell and James.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Lee Goforth (Malene), Danny E. Goforth (Joy) and Tammy Loukos (Mike); her brother Robert Campbell (Sallye); her grandchildren, Emily Rust (Tate), Caroline Carlson (Shaun), Brett Goforth (Jody), Jenny Hickerson (Vinny), Michael Loukos (Julie) and Jonathan Loukos (Britt); her stepgrandson Marc Humphries (Lisa); and her niece Carolyn Veleke. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
