She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Montgomery and Ruth Cowart Montgomery; her sister Debbie Montgomery Summers; and her son Kelly Wortman. She is survived by: her husband Donald David Munday; her sons, Shawn Wortman and Brian Wortman; her stepsons, David Munday and Sean Munday (Sheila); her sister Diane Montgomery Daniels; her grandchildren, Alexia Munday, Keelan Munday, Maya Wortman, Courtney Wortman, Addison Wortman and Reed Wortman; her sister-in-law Sandra Munday Brumble (Dennis); and her nieces, Shelley Miller, Tessie Armer, Allison Brumble and Kimberly Vanhoose (Mike).
