He is survived by: his brother Tractor; his wife Patricia; his daughters, Sherry Phillips, Emily Smith, Susan Ferguson and Wendy Choquette (Neal); his brother Melvin Smith (Gail); his sister-in-law Bonnie Smith; his grandchildren, Shawn Smith (Hannah), Annette Kidd, Lisa Holder (Ricky), Megan Johnson (Dan), Hannah Cochran (Jeffrey), Amber Ferguson, Amy Mauck (Bradye), Julia Baxter and Payne Choquette; his great grandchildren, Bryant, Dawson, Lincoln, Gracie, Brooklyn, Ryan, Brayden and Zac; his nephews, Greg, Benny, Randy and Stephen; his niece Michelle; and his close friend Daisy.
