She is survived by: her husband Joel Douglas Shook; her children, Joel "Joe" David Shook (Christy) of Patterson, NC and Lisa Joanne Drye (Martin) of Iron Station, NC; and her siblings, John Fleming III, Larry Fleming (Sarah Ruth), Billy Fleming (Mary Ann) and Martha Ann Melton (Russell).
