“If it is the Chuck Bullard I served with, we were both at the Naval Air Station at Quonset Point Rhode Island in 1963. I think about him often. We played a lot of cards together and enjoyed a few brews at a place called the Quonset Inn. I'm sorry for your loss. He was a great guy and as I remember a good fighter. Rest in peace Chuck.”
