He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Parrish and Lena Crady Parrish; and his brothers, Marvin, Lewis, Junior and Donnie Parrish.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Belch Parrish; his children, Cynthia Cobb (Randy) of Moyock, Diana Hayes (Bernie) of Virginia Beach, VA, Suzanne Green (Chuck) of Bel Air, MD, Nancy Massow (Norm) of South Mills, Lisa Short (David) of Corapeake and Butch Cochran of Corapeake; his siblings, Dorothy Clemons of Boston, KY, Mattie Gibson of Hodgenville, KY, Jimmy Parrish of Nelsonville, KY and Larry Parrish of Louisville, KY; and his grandchildren, Emily, Brad, Corey, Brittany, Trey and Lillie. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
