She was predeceased by: her parents, Tuper "BigBud" Bradshaw and Mary Frances Gilliam Bradshaw; her husband Joe Payne Vann; her son Joseph "Bubba" Vann; and her siblings, Tuper Jr., Mary, Tim, JoAnn and Patsy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Varner (Willie), Ann Tolbert (Justin) and Patricia Vann-Ballance (Phillip); her grandchildren, Victoria, Victor, Hope, Diego, Ashlyn and Connor; and her siblings, Judy, Sarah, James, Carl and Tom. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
