He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Wilson and Emily Cora Kirkman Rumley; and his brother Don Rumley. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Wells Rumley; his sons, Lewis Rumley and Danny Rumley (Andrea); his grandson Jonathan; his brothers, Carl W. Rumley, Jr. (Pansy) and Philip Rumley; his stepdaughter Casey Simpson Fernandez (Sergio); and his stepgrandchildren, Annalynn, Emma and Leah.
