He is survived by: his parents, Donald 'Bo" Smith of Cooleemee and Carolyn Privette Graham (Joe) of Statesville; his son Zack Smith of Advance; his sister Tonda Souther (Scott) of Mocksville; his grandmother Dorothy Privette of Statesville; his nephew Jacob Souther; his niece Emily Jo Harry (Bruce); his great-niece Olivia Harry; and his cousins, Sam, Toby and Shawn Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be considered for the Humane Society of Davie County, 291 Eaton Road, Mocksville, NC 27028.
