He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Penny Deanes (Gabriel) of Lasker and Chris Davis (Tammy) of Marietta, GA; his grandchildren, Ryan Deanes (Brandi) of Aulander, Bobby Davis (Leslie Bettany) of Murfreesboro, Gabriel Davis and Shay Davis; his great grandchildren, Brantley Deanes, Evans Deanes, Austin Davis, Bradley Davis, Cade Davis, Mason Davis and Layton Davis; and his sisters, Jean Brinkley of Ahoskie and Linda Kelly of Kinston.
