He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wesley and Nora Hamilton Spradlin; and his brother Ray Spradlin. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Wheeler Spradlin; his children, Robin Cantrell (George) of Oxford and Richard Spradlin, Jr. (Rina); his grandchildren, Richard Wesley Spradlin, James Thomas Spradlin (Heather) and Robin Spradlin Shaw (Jonathan); his great grandchildren, James Thomas, Jr. and Aliyah Chennelle; his nephew Mike Spradlin; his niece Lori Spradlin; and his sister-in-law Wanda Spradlin.
