With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine Lane Newsome (Conway, North Carolina), who passed away on May 8, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Lane and Mamie Jones Lane. She is survived by: her husband Conway Tearell Newsome; her children, Kim Smith (Bobby) of Goldsboro and Mike Newsome (Beverly) of Matthews; her grandchildren, Lane Ward (Lauren), Logan Smith (Stetson), Jordan Newsome (Marlowe) and Anna Smith; and her great grandchildren, Landon and Jackson. She is also survived by her husband, her children, and grandchildren.
