He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Arthur and Sally Ruth Thomas; his wife Lutie Lee Reitelbach of Portsmouth; his siblings, Carroll A. Thomas, Jr. and Elizabeth Marcum of Suffolk, VA; and his daughter Donna Marie Pollan.
He is survived by: his sons, Max Arthur of Greenville, NC, Edward Wesley (Marcia) of Suffolk, VA and Robert Anthony of Prior, OK.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and many neighbors and friends.
