She was predeceased by: her significant other Henry Jacob Campbell; her parents, Robert Edgar Warren and Evelyn Allen Warren of Rich Square, NC; and her siblings, Jane W. Ivey and James "Jimmy".
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jane, Johnny Shook, Carol, Bob Armistead and Rob Campbell; her grandchildren, Bobby Newbold (Heather), Jessie Ezzell (Jerry), Rebecca Edelman (Ty), Avery and Reagan Campbell; and her great grandchildren, Dillon, Jacob, Ivy, Olivia and Emma.
