She was predeceased by: her parents, Manley Abram and Olivia Parker Harrell; and her siblings, Alice H. Woodard and George Harrell. She is survived by: her husband George Thomas Vann; her children, Shelby V. Bullock (Nathan), Cynthia V. Springer (John), Georgette Vann, Amy V and George T. Vann, Jr. (Angie); her siblings-in-law, Rockie V. Brett, Bessie Harrell and Ted Woodard; and her friend March.
