He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Vann and Edith Woodard Vann; and his wife Louise Harrell Vann. He is survived by: his children, Shelby V. Bullock (Nathan), Cynthia V. Springer (John), Georgette Vann, Amy V and George T. Vann Jr. (Angie); and his sister Rockie Lee V. Brett. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
