With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Vick Barrett of Conway, North Carolina, who passed away on November 25, 2020 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Moore and Nettie Vann Vick; her husband Willie Thomas Barrett; her daughters, Vickie B. Gilliam and LaVonne B. Williams; her grandson R. K. Barrett; her grandson-in-law Graham Pearce; and her siblings, Janie V. Garriss, Levie V. Bohnen, Henry, Elias and Eldrige Vick.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Robert Barrett (Ellen) of Conway, NC and Willie Thomas Barrett, Jr. (Martha) of Conway, NC; her son-in-law Tom Gilliam of Roxboro, NC; her grandchildren, Lisa G. Brooks (Earl) of Roxboro, NC., Tim Gilliam (Kim) of Timberlake, NC, John Gilliam (Kristi) of South Boston, VA, Marianna B. Cotten (Jeff) of Conway, NC, Rob Barrett (Katie) of Pinehurst, NC and Valerie B. Pearce of Conway, NC; her great grandchildren, Earl Thomas Brooks (Karen), Rebecca, Melissa, Stephanie, Heidi Gilliam, Rachel, Abbi Gilliam, Warren Cotten, Lawson, Caroline, Whitley Barrett, Reese and Presley Pearce; and her great great grandchild Everleigh Parker. She is also survived by the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
