He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willis Wood, Elizabeth Woodley and Jessie Mae Turner; his great-grandparent Lillie Mae Jordan; his aunts, Sharon Turner, Linda Lassiter, Gloria Wood and Clementine Ruffin; his uncle Ralph Ruffin; and his stepfather Kenneth Harmon.
He is survived by: his parents, Linda Turner Harmon and Milton'Leon'Vinson of Murfreesboro; his siblings, Christopher Turner of Conway, Dominique Lee of Pendleton and Simene'Walden of Brentwood, Maryland.; his nieces, Zayona Edwards of Roanoke Rapids and Tia Blunt of Baltimore, Maryland.; his aunts and uncles, Terry Turner of Pendleton, Timothy Turner of Conway, Curtis Turner of Greenville, Willis Wood, Jr. (Genora) of Mapleton, Wilson Johnson of Orlando, Elliott Johnson of Rocky Mount, Tracy Woodley (Shayvonna) of Woodland, Reginald Woodley of Conway, Bobby Woodley of Conway, Kelvin Woodley of South Carolina, Sandra McNeil (Ernest) of Clayton, Shelia Turner of East Point, Georgia, Debbie Grant (Michael) of Fairburn, Marilyn Harris (Clarence) of Murfreesboro, Darlene Deloatch (Lionel) of Mapleton, Mary Olivia Long of Margarettsville, Dorothy Riddick of Murfreesboro and Alda Mae Woods of Ahoskie; and his close friends, Bobbie Baldwin, Jamal Williams and Montre McKinney. He is also survived by cousins who were like siblings, great-nieces and nephews, amazing friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church - Severn (8899 NC-35, Pendleton, NC 27877). A burial was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at the same location.
