With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma Joyce Kirby of Conover, North Carolina, who passed away on September 23, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father James Franklin; her husband Ernest Calvin "Rip" Kirby; and her siblings, John, Claude, Max, Henry Dwight Fulbright, Ina Belle Sigmon, Rozelle Little, Faye Sigmon and Ethelia Sigmon.

She is survived by: her niece Mary Lou Fulbright Turner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Joyce had requested that memorials be given to Bethel Church at 5759 Bolick Rd. Claremont, NC, 28610.
