He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stewart and Mary Costin; and his brothers, Ray Costin and Jimmy Costin. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Costin; and his children, Scott Costin, Tommy Morrison (Cathy), Trudy Huffman (Gary) and Rhonda Armstrong (David). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
