We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2021, at the age of 82, Wilfred Garfield Baker Jr. of Conover, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Garfield and Mozzell Marie McCullough Baker; and his siblings, Vernon Baker, Ernest McCullough and Bertha Baker Woods.

He is survived by: his children, Alvin Baker and Catreenia Baker (Marvin Young); his grandchildren, Johnathan and Tara of Camille, A. J.; and his great grandchild Averah. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society.
