She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Harley Austin and Vertie Maudin Teague Starnes; her daughter Pamela Rena Kistler; and her siblings, Betty Young, Leonard Austin and Julius Starnes Jr..
She is survived by: her son Rickland Dean Hollar (Kay); her grandchildren, Sean Rickland Hollar and Anna Marie Hollar; and her sister Margie Walsh. She is also survived by four nieces and a nephew.
