He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Lee Sigmon and Ivey Lail Sigmon; his wife Hilda Sigmon; and his siblings, Tim Sigmon, Helen Rose Martin and Carolyn Bolick.
He is survived by: his children, Belinda Kirby of Lenoir, Michelle Punch of Hickory and Dewayne Keener of Maiden; and his grandchildren, Billy Bumgarner, Michael Keener, Taylor Nealen and Ashley Keener.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Burke Mortuary Chapel- Newton (2516 N Main Ave, Newton, NC 28658). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
