With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Troy Dale McRee of Conover, North Carolina, who passed away on April 14, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George David McRee and Ora Lee Sigmon McRee; and his brothers, Harold McRee, Clifford McRee and Thomas McRee.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Johnson McRee; his sons, Mike McRee (Sherry) of Maiden, Todd McRee (Lori) of High Point, Kirk McRee of Durham and Brian McRee of Raleigh; his brother Norris McRee (Gail) of Newton; his grandchildren, Jennifer Blake, Travis McRee and Chris McRee; and his great grandchildren, Addison Ikard, Aubrey Ikard and Aleah Ikard.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Beth Eden Lutheran Church (400 N Main Ave, Newton, NC 28658). A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
