She is survived by: her friend Tina; her children, Patrick Scully, Stormie Altizer (Wes), Jonathan York, Selena York, Allen York and Onestie Phares; her siblings, Elizabeth Bradford, Ben Quackenbos (Erin) and Shawna Lowe (Brian); her father Daniel Quackenbos (Angela); and her grandchildren, Eli, Adislyn, Paxton, Theo, Selena and Arthur.
