He is survived by: his sons, Michael Ted Icard of Conover and Jeremy Scott Icard (Heather Phung) of Concord; his grandchildren, Larissa, Michaela, Amber Icard, Phillip and Aaron Icard; his great grandchild Michael S Herbert; his sisters, Jeanette I Hefner of Hickory and Dorris I Bullard (Danny) of Newton; and his sister-in-law Brenda Eckard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
