He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart C. Blackmon and Johanna O'Neil Blackmon. He is survived by: his sister Ann Marie Blackmon of Conover; and his cousins, James Kator (Suzanne) of Troy, MI and Kathleen Batzold (Robert) of Auburn Hills, MI.
