He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Franklin Winebarger and Melita Christine Lail (Hedrick); and his siblings, Anita Hedrick Little and Gary Dean Winebarger. He is survived by: his wife Linda Scarbro Winebarger; his grandchildren, Steven Cornett, Dylan Cornett, Alex Turner, Caleb Turner and Breanna Duncan; his great grandchildren, Lily Cornett and Kaybryn Cornett; and his siblings, Marsha Hayworth and Michael Hedrick. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
