She is survived by: her parents, Cletus Surratt and Denise Surratt; her children, Akearian Sailem of Morganton, NC, A'Kyla Sailem of Morganton, NC and A'Kaahri Lynn Sailem of Hickory, NC.; her siblings, Tanesha Avila (Jose) of Georgia, Tawanda Sailem of Florida and Jerrell Sailem of North Carolina; her nieces and nephews, Davi'on Gonzalez-Sailem, Davon Gonzalez Sailem, Jerrell Sailem Jr., Ahmiyah Sailem and Dez'Maiah Gonzalez Sailem; her grandparents, Bob Sailem and Velma Eady; her aunts and uncles, James Banks, Billy Sailem, Steven Sailem, Tony Sailem (Alicia), Willie Sailem, Rodrick Surratt, Kenneth Eady (Cecelia), Shawn Eady (Mary Jo), Hanna Sailem, Alice Wilfong (Harold) and Thelma Giibson; and her godmother Pamela Abernathy. She is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
