She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kennedy Manners and Lottie McBride Manners. She is survived by: her spouses, Dale Bumgarner and Stine Isenhower of Conover; her children, Kenny Bumgarner (Katherine) of Pinehurst, Shelley Bumgarner Lutz (Eddy) of Denver and Stewart Bumgarner (Terri) of Conover; her grandchildren, Brandi Martin (Mikeal) of Pinehurst, Lance Bumgarner of Wilmington, Logan Bumgarner of Pinehurst, Alexandra Bumgarner of Pinehurst, Ryan Lutz of Fort Myers, Sarah Lutz of Denver, Derek Bumgarner (Kathryn) of Conover, Victoria Perry (Dylon) of Conover and Peyton Bumgarner of Conover; and her great grandchildren, Gavin, Trevor, Hailey, Cooper, Kennedy, Samantha, Cecilia, Charlotte and Aslynn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
