Lewis (Joy) of Denver, NC, Melinda L. Shaw (Joel) of Newton, NC and David F. Lewis (Tammy) of Claremont, NC.; his brothers, R. Frank Lewis of Kannapolis, NC and Ronald M. Lewis of Salisbury, NC.; his grandchildren, Andrew B. Lewis of Denver, NC, Matthew A. Shaw (Kasey) of Charlotte, NC., Emily L. Szafran (Andrew) of Houston, TX, Lauren B. Lewis and Addison Q. Lewis of Claremont, NC.; and his great grandchildren, Hannah E. Szafran, Abigail G. Shaw, Mackenzie R. Shaw and Ethan A. Szafran.
