He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. "Jack" and Katherine Bolick; his wife Betty Jean Sharpe Bolick; and his sister Jackie Whitener. He is survived by: his significant other Betty Jean Sharp of Rome, GA.; his brothers, Roger Bolick (Shelbia) of Cartersville, GA and Wally Bolick of Carson City, NV; his sons, Dr. Chuck Bolick (Suzee) of Blountville, TN and Tony Bolick (Christy) of Asheboro; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Christian and Jorja Bolick; his daughters, Rebecca and Rachel; and also Curtis R. Sharpe (MaryElla).
