He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Leonard Sr. and Daisy Jowers Leonard; his wife Sarah Annette Carlisle Leonard; his son Paul Eugene Leonard II; and his siblings, Robert E. Leonard Jr., John E. Leonard, Nettie Bryant, Donna Appleton and Virginia Crosley.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Melissa Leonard Oliver (Dewayne) of Conover; and his sisters, Daisy Tisdale of Meridian, MS, Maggie Cardwell (Ed) of Lisman, AL, Mary Havard of Lisman, AL, Katie Jackson of Meridian, MS and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
