He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Herbert (Gregg) of Conover and Anna Pope (Johnny) of Las Vegas; his brothers, Larry Pannell (Brenda) of Claremont, Randy Pannell (Barbara) of Conover and Bruce Pannell of Claremont; his grandchildren, Austin Herbert, Greysen Herbert, Lexi Herbert, Sullivan Herbert, Brianna Mace and Michael Witherspoon; his great grandchildren, Amelia Herbert and John Mace; and the mother of his children Gail Sparks of Conover.
