She is survived by: her parent Reathy Mae Deviney Self; her siblings, Homer Self, Larry Self (Denelta), Kenneth Self (Debbie), Joann Elmore (Ray) and Diane Loftin; her sister-in-law Trudy Self of Judy Self; her grandchild Kristen Bumgarner of Andrew Bumgarner; and her great grandchildren, Joshua Khamphengphet and Elijah Khamphengphet. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
