She is survived by: her husband Larry Powell; her children, Tim (Debbie Powell) and Tammy (Dennis Adams); her grandchildren, William Powell (Summar), Brandon Powell (Jen), Luke Adams and Christy Short; her great grandchildren, Anya Powell, Tate Walker, Thatcher Short and Timber Short; her pet Rocket; and her siblings, Ann Williams, Mildred May and Donald Taylor.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Judes or Carolina Caring in Martha's name.
