It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mabel (Mae) Ruth Jolley Burgin of Conover, North Carolina, born in Waynesville, North Carolina, who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Weaver Jolley and Lillian Messer Jolley; and her husband Gerald Reid Burgin. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Anthony Burgin and Michael Reid Burgin. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
