He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lane Moser and Eddie Mae Moser; his sons, Kenneth Lane Moser, Jr. and Derrick Chad Moser; his brother Henry Arlyn Moser; and his stepson Jay Fox.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Joanne Moser; his son Todd Moser (Shelley); his granddaughters, Avery Maddox (Jess) and Jordan Moser; his brothers, Joel Moser (Pam) and Charlie Moser (Peggy); his nieces, Joey Moser, Kelly Moser and Wedell (Rick); his nephew David Moser; his stepson Jamie Fox; his stepgranddaughters, Stacey Eckard (Thomas) and Shelby Cope; and his yorkie Lulu.
