He was predeceased by: his parents, Needham Henderson and Zelda Naomi Bolick Weaver; and his wife Nelda Lorene Hoke Weaver. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Eric Weaver of Conover and Denise Weaver Mallonee (James) of Winter Garden, Florida; his sister Phyllis Price of Greensboro; and his grandchildren, Nick Weaver (Liz) of Winston Salem, Andrea Weaver of Charlotte, Jordan Bachman of Philadelphia, PA and Avari Mallonee of Winter Garden, FL..
