She is survived by: her children, David Hayes (Cynthia) of Winston Salem, Gary Hayes (Gina) of Boonville and Lisa Tepper (Tom) of Conover; her brother Arthur Thomas Coleman of Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Logan Hayes, Ethan Hayes, Hayley Hayes, Dawson Hayes, Bradley Tepper and Bennett Tepper. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
