She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Lowman, Sr. and Mabel Claire Storey Lowman; her husband Stuart Lee Cozort, Jr.; her brothers, John A. Lowman, Jr., James W. Lowman and L. Wayne Lowman; and her granddaughter Joanna Frances Terry.
She is survived by: her children, Stuart L. Cozort, III (Julie) of Burlington, NC and Julie C. Terry (Greg) of Bluffton, SC; her grandchildren, Stuart L. Cozort, IV (Danielle) of Burlington, NC, Madeline T. Clein (Bret) of St. Augustine, FL and Alexander G. Terry (Emily) of Anderson, SC; her great grandchildren, Porter O. Cozort, Caroline K. Terry and Brady M. Clein; and her close friends, Maria Rhinehardt and Tina Simpson.
