He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Homer Teague and Betty Jo Eckard Teague; his brother Johnny Teague; and his nephew Shawn Teague. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Sue Teague; his nephew Lance Teague; his close friends, Caroll, Amy Tuttle, Doug, Gwen Whitmire, Billy, Jean Whitmire, Zachary Townsend, Daniel and Jennifer Little; and also, Emma Marlene, Isaac, Crystal, Todd, Tim, Star, Lily, Bryson and Natalie.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. John's Lutheran Church in Jerry's memory.
