He is survived by: his significant other Margaret Louise Pope (Lou); his children, Pam Rector Medlin (Scott) and Steve Rector (Kim); his grandchildren, Matthew McArthur (Louise), Joshua McArthur (Kayla), Ashley Rector, Chelse Rector and Lance Rector; his great grandchildren, Mason McArthur and Liam McArthur; his stepgranddaughter Cindy Medlin; his stepgreat-granddaughter Kaitlyn Webb; his daughter-in-law Tammy Rector (Brad); his sister Shirley Capps (Jack); and his sister-in-law Jannette Rector (Tut).
