He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Atwell Queen and Lillian Earp Queen of Taylorsville; his wife Catherine Ann Queen; his children, Deidre Kenworthy (Doug), Dustin Queen (Jennifer) and Derek Queen of Taylorsville; his stepchildren, Michele Jones (Brett), Stacy Simmons (Dennis) of Lenior, Kristy Hannah of Cary and Shane Woodward; his grandchildren, Jaidyn of Taylorsville, Kaleigh of Taylorsville, Haley of Taylorsville, Wade of Taylorsville, Eli Queen of Taylorsville, Tyler, Camryn Jones, Caleb, Jordyn Simmoms and Isabella Woodward; his sister Amy Queen; his nieces, Ashleigh Richey and Whitney Reese; and his uncles, Billy and Dean Earp.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers donation been made to the American Cancer Society at P.O. Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123.

“I am so sorry Mr. Jack passed. He offered to mow my 89 year old moms yard when daddy passed away. He was very nice to do this. I know he is in a better place and in no pain and suffering.
