He was predeceased by : his parents, Horace Jordan Isenhower, Sr. and Christine Sherrill Isenhower; his wife Sandra Isenhower; and his sister Christine Shuford. He is survived by : his children, Lisa Forsyth (Sean), Horace J. Isenhower III (Joe) and Brad Isenhower (Kelly); his grandchildren, Jordan Tabor, Catherine Eick (John), Christen Nuzum (Mason), Kelsey Dellinger (Clayton), Nick Isenhower (Rachel) and Karlie Isenhower; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Charlotte and Hadley; and his sister Elizabeth Allen (Donald).

Visitation was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Concordia Lutheran Church (216 5th Ave SE, Conover, NC 28613). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
