It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hilda Susan Simmons Seter of Conover, North Carolina, born in Alexander, North Carolina, who passed away on December 10, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Lawrence Simmons and Lenabelle Cline Simmons; and her siblings, Patsy Sigmon and Jeffrey Simmons. She is survived by: her husband Paul Anthony Seter; her children, Michelle Hamby, Matthew Patrick Hamby, Robert "Eric" Seter (Evren), Elaine Seter Bolick and Adam Chadwick Seter; her grandchildren, Connor Hamby, Garrett Hamby, Tyler Hamby, Arda Seter, Emre Seter and Kameron Elaine Bolick; and her siblings, Joe Simmons, Lee Simmons, Michael Simmons, Dean Simmons (Bernice), Linda Seagle, Deborah Little, Melissa Ritchie (Johnny) and Nancy Goforth (Steve). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
