With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert Haywood Hudson of Conover, North Carolina, born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on December 3, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hudson and Pattie Miller Hudson; his wife Merle Chilton Hudson; and his siblings, Emory, Fred, John, Claude, Lawrence Hudson, Kathleen Roberts and Mary Frances Durham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bev Rogers (Jeff) and Susan Adams (Mike) of Conover, NC; his brother Phillip Hudson (Marge); his grandchildren, Marshall Rogers, Graham Rogers (Kasandra), Heath Rogers (Natalie), Jeremiah Rogers, Taylor Sullivan (Brian), Austin Adams (Hayley) and Aly Adams; and his great grandchild Maverick Sullivan A.
