He is survived by: his wife Rocio Agreda Layza; his children, John Layza (Wilda) of Conover, Michael Layza of Conover, Rocio Juarez (Tiburcio) of Hickory, Roberto Layza (Keisha) of Conover, Giovanna Layza of Peru and Eduardo Layza of Peru; his siblings, Marcos Layza of Peru, Francisco Layza of Spain, Tomas Layza of Peru and Rosa Layza of Peru; and his grandchildren, Mia, Liliana, Damian, Allie, Luis, Alex, Roberto Jr., Taylor, Nicole and Lucciana.
