He is survived by: his wife Judy Gragg Cline; his children, Jeffrey Clark Cline (Brandy) of Ocean Isle, Joseph Franklin Cline (Heather) of Charlotte and Jennifer Leigh Clark Little of Hickory; and his siblings, William Cline (Renee') of Claremont, Connie Fleming Bowman of Hickory and Frances Cline Harris (Tony) of Lake Wylie.
