She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Carl Duncan and Lela Mae Eckard Duncan. She is survived by: her children, Carla Shook Bailey (Jonathan) of Arvada, CO and Greg Shook (Beth) of Newton, NC; her stepgrandchildren, David and Stacey Sigmon; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Anthony, Skyler, Cyndal and Sydney.
